meet up with guide who will introduce himself and transfer you to kibale forest national park. the drive time will take about 5 to 6 hours and give you a scenic road experience through the beauty of the country. upon arrival check in and later that afternoon for breathtaking nature walk in bigodi sanctuary that offers you an opportunity to also view the bird species like the great blue turacco, papyrus gonolex and white spotted flufftails among many others later you will go to the lodge for dinner and relaxation as you get ready for the next days adventurous experience.
An early morning briefing marks the start of your chimpanzee trekking adventure in Kibale Forest. The trek, lasting 2–4 hours, takes you deep into the lush tropical forest in search of habituated chimpanzee groups. Along the way, you may encounter other primates like L’Hoest’s monkeys, grey-cheeked mangabeys, and black-and-white colobus. Once the chimps are located, you’ll spend up to one hour observing their dynamic social behavior, a thrilling and often emotional experience. having completed this experience you will head back to the lodge freshen up and have lunch then check out and head to kampala
