On Arrival at Kigali International Airport our tour guide will warmly welcome you with a welcome note for easy identification then transfer to your hotel in Kigali. You will then Relax and freshen up at the hotel and enjoy the surroundings after a short briefing from the tour guide about the tour
In the morning after your breakfast you will set off to visit the Kigali Genocide Memorial that entails a deep and yet touching story of a sad history of the people of Rwanda. Later on you will explore the Caplaki Craft Village for local crafts, have lunch at a local restaurant and drive to Volcanoes National Park (approx. 2.5 hours).Check into your lodge on arrival. And enjoy the scenic views s you wait for dinner
After early breakfast in the morning. You will set off to the national park for gorilla trekking (Trekking can take several hours, depending on gorilla location. Approximately 3-5hours) you will have packed lunch prepared for you at the lodge since the activity might take a while.After the thrilling activity you can have a short nature walk or simply relax as you await your dinner.
After morning breakfast, your next activity will be another trekking of golden monkeys in Volcanoes National Park which will as well take about 3-5hours depending on the location of the golden monkeys. After this memorable activity you shall drive back to the lodge for lunch and transfer to Lake Ruhondo (approx. 1.5 hours). On arrival you will check in and enjoy the scenic views near the lake as you enjoy dinner.
After breakfast, you will enjoy a boat ride or nature walk around Lake Ruhondo. And later on you will have lunch at your accommodation. Drive to Gisenyi (approx. 1.5 hours).Check into your hotel in Gisenyi. Dinner at a lakeside restaurant.
After having a delicious breakfast you will explore Lake Kivu with a boat ride or visit the nearby hot springs as well as the islands.Free time to relax by the lake or explore local markets and later enjoy dinner at the hotel
In the morning our tour guide shall drive you to Nyungwe Forest National Park (drive will take approximately. 5 hours). On arrival you will check in after a short briefing from your tour guide about the next activity. In the mean time you canrelax or take a short nature walk.As they prepare dinner for you at the lodge.
After breakfast in the early morning you shall drive to Nyungwe forest national park for Chimpanzee tracking the activity might take 3-4 hours depending on the location of chimpanzees. After the activity you will then have lunch and late on experience the thrilling canopy walk in the forest and have a chance to enjoy spectacular views of the forest.
After these memorable experiences you shall drive to Butare (drive might take approximately. 2-5 hours).On arrival you will visit the National Museum of Rwanda providing to you a deeper insight of the history of the way of life of the Banyarwanda people. After this experience you will go for lunch at a restaurant with Rwandan cuisine in Butare.And later head to the hotel for dinner and relaxation time
In the morning after breakfast our tour guide will drive you to Akagera national park (drive will take approximately. 4 hours).On arrival, you will check into your lodge and later in the afternoon you will go to the national park for a game drive where you will possible sightings of wildlife fauna such as giraffes, buffaloes and possible sightings of lions and hyenas. After the activity you will drive back to the lodge for dinner.
In the early morning after breakfast you will again drive to the national park for a full day game drive. You might as well have a small picnic in the park or drive back to the lodge for lunch. Later in the afternoon you can have a boat safari on Lake Rwanyakazinga. And later head back to the lodge for dinner.
After this amazing experience in the wild, having had breakfast and checked out of the hotel, you will drive back to Kigali international airport(drive might take about 2-4hours) and can as well do some last minute shopping depending on the time you can be having before the check in time at the airport. And later on go for your departure flight
